Velammal Main compus, Mugappair organized 33rd Vallal Pandi Durai Comp etition in commemoration of the glorified classical Tamil on 25th August, 2018 .. The special guest was Dr. Bala Ramani Former Assistant Director of Doordar shan. Around 150 leading schools from Chennai took part in this grand compe tition. About 1200 stu dents participated in various competitions comprising of Oratorical, Essay writing, Drawing, Singing and Dance Com peti tion that reflected Tamil Heritage and Culture. The massive contest was conducted to the inner talents of students. Nearly 60 eminent judges were invited for var ious competitions to judge the performance of the part icipants. The winners of various competitions were announced and participation certificates were given to all students.
