 KNOW YOUR ARMY CAMPAIGN WEAPON & EQUIPMENT DISPLAY AND BAND CONCERT 

  Chennai, 10^th Jan 2018

           Headquarters Dakshin Bharat Area, Chennai conducted Weapon & Equipment Display and Band Concert at Stella Maris College, Chennai today (10 Jan 2018) as a part of Know Your Army Campaign in connection with Army Day Celebrations 2018.  More than 1000 students and NCC Cadets of     Stella Maris College visited the Weapon & Equipment Display Exhibition and the Band Concert. The display gave a unique opportunity to the students and to get an up-close and personal rendezvous with different weapons and equipment of Indian Army.

          The following weapons were displayed during Weapon Display Exhibition:-

1. 84 MM Rocket Launcher
2. 7.62 MM Sniper
3. 5.56 MM INSAS Light Machine Gun
4. 7.62 MM AK-47
5. Anti Tank Guided Missile
6. Multi Grenade Launcher
