N B A BASKETBALL TRAINING CAMP HELD AT VELAMMAL

Velammal Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Mogappair campus  in association with Reliance foundation and Junior N. B. A  to organize one day Traning workshop for students. More than 500 participants from various schools under the age category U-12, U-14, U-16 participated. The trainer gave work out and guide lines and said training is essential for a strong and stable body. It started with a 10 min dynamic warm up along with group exercise balance exercise were given to make each athlete better in dribbling shooting and passing on the whole it was a comprehensive health and wellness program that encourages physical activity, healthy living improving athlete’s speed and agility skill.
