எஸ்.ஆர்.எம் அறிவியல் மற்றும் தொழில்நுட்பக் கல்லூரியில் கணிணிபொறியியல்துறை – தகவல் மற்றும் முடிவு அறிவியல் ஆய்வுக் கருத்தரங்கம் மே நான்காம் தேதி துவங்கியது. சிறப்புவிருந்தினர்களாக இந்திய அறிவியல் தொழில்நுட்பக்கல்லூரியின் மின்பொறியியல்துறையின் தலைவர் முனைவர். Y.நரஹரி அவர்களும் அண்ணாபல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் தலைவர் முனைவர் .டி . வி. கீதா அவர்களும் கருத்தரங்கத்தை துவக்கிவைத்து சிறப்புரை ஆற்றினார். இவர்களுடன் திருஜே. சந்திரகுமார் ஐ.ஏ.எஸ் (ஓய்வு) அவர்கள் –இயக்குனர் – நிர்வாகம், முனைவர் . கு . துரைவேலு – தலைவர், முனைவர். கே. சூர்யபிரகாசராவ் (தலைவர் – கல்வி),முனைவர். B. அமுதா, (கணிணிபொறியியல்துறை – தலைவர், எஸ்.அர்.எம் காட்டாங்குளத்தூர்) முனைவர்எஸ்.பிரசன்னாதேவி – துறைத் தலைவர் ஆகியோர் கருத்தரங்க ஆய்வுத் தொகுப்பை வெளியிட்டனர்.
SRMIST RCDSS’ 18 Research Conference on Data and Decision Sciences
Research Conference on Data and Decision Science was organized by Department of Computer Science and Engineering, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Vadapalani campus on the 4th May 2018. The Conference was inaugurated by Dr.Y. Narahari ,Chair ,Division of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Indian Institute of Science ,Bangalore and Dr.T.V. Geetha ,Senior Professor, CSE and Dean, College of Engineering, Anna University, Chennai who were the chief guests for the day. The event was presided by Mr.J.Chandrakumar IAS (Retd) ,Director Admin, SRMIST, Vadapalani campus. Dr.K.Surya Prakasa Rao Professor (Retd) Anna University and Dr.B.Amutha , Professor and Head of CSE department,SRM IST, Kattankalathur campus were the Session Chairs. Dr.K.Duraivelu, Dean and Dr.S.Prasannna Devi ,HOD,CSE felicitated the dignitaries. The keynote address on the topic “Introduction to game theory and mechanism design” was delivered by Dr.Y.Narahari and a keynote on “Recent trends in data and decision science” was delivered by Dr.T.V.Geetha.
