Velammal Vidyalaya cherishes the substantial victory of its budding, dynamic chess champion, Master Pranav V. of class VII for having clinched the I position and cash award of Rs. 25,000 amidst 393 players in the National Level Open Chess Championship, 1st Athens of the East Blitz at Madurai on 26th September 2018.
