Mr. Jürgen von Hollen – President, Universal Robots said, “We are happy to be participating at ACMEE 2018 as it is India’s largest Machine Tools Exhibition. They have provided us with an enormous opportunity to showcase the collaborative robots. Cobats have revolutionized the manufacturing industry as they automate and streamline repetitive and potentially unsafe processes thus, ensuring safe work environment while increasing productivity and efficiency. The SMEs of India are its backbone and our target market. The main aim is to promote the cobot technology and spread awareness among the small and medium manufacturers of the market. This technology is efficient and affordable with no AMC which will help the SMEs to complete on a global platform by increasing their productivity and output. The collaborative robot market is a growing one and we are working towards creating an ecosystem of developers for providing various innovative applications to consumers”
Mr. Pradeep David, General Manager, Universal Robots South Asia said ”ACMEE 2018 gave us a great opportunity to showcase our product offerings. India has been recently introduced to collaborative robots. The return on investment is less than 2 years in the Indian business environment. The need of advanced robotics is required for accessibility to anybody who wants to increase productivity while maintaining high safety standards. We are growing our channel partner strength in all major locations of the country and will continue to expand our network in the coming years. With the government also supporting the growth of industries and sectors, the demand and requirement for this technology is growing
