Barbeque Nation, India’s leading casual dining restaurant chain, announces the launch of its 8th outlet in Chennai and 140th in the country. Spread over an area of 5,730 square feet, the grand new outlet is located at Ampa Mall, Nelson Manickam Road. The new outlet was inaugurated by children from, CRY, an NGO focussed on children’s rights. Foodies, who live around Nelson Manickam Road, now stand a greater chance to experience the joy of grilling their own vegetarian and non-vegetarian barbeques on live grills, embedded on the tables at the restaurant.
The latest outlet can seat and serve about 140 guests at a time. The eat-all-you-can buffet at Barbeque Nation showcases an array of vegetarian and non-vegetarian spread. For starters, the non-vegetarians can indulge in the famous Murgh Nawabi Tikka, Peri Peri Drum Sticks, Mutton Mughlai Seekh, Coastal Fish Tikka, South Indian Prawns and much more, while vegetarians can feast into the mouth-watering Paneer Tikka, Lebanese Mushroom, Signature Cajun-Spiced Potato, Hawa Hawain Pineapple, Crispy Corn, Papad Vegetable Ke Rolls, Soya Kebab among others.
The live counter offers Penne/Fussili in different sauces, Pani Puri, Dahi Puri, Sev Puri, Papadi Chat, Dahi Bhalla, Honey Chilli Wings, Chicken Shawarma, Veg Tawa, Paniyaram. Dosa and Taka Tak counter offers Rabbit, Chicken Keema and more. The main-course offers a range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options to choose from, including Biryanis, Noodles, Indian breads and special curries, Vegetarians can delve onto Subj Navrang, Anjeer Kofta Curry, Paneer Tikka Masala, Dal-E-Dum, Rajasthan Bharwan Aloo, Hakka Noodles, Baghara Baigan, Manchurian and Lucknowi Biryani. Non-Vegetarians can enjoy a wide spread with, Murgh Makhanwala, Mutton Roganjosh, South Indian Fish Curry, Chicken Dum Biryani, South Indian Biryani and Kadhai Egg Masala, among others, ruling the menu offerings. To satiate the sweet tooth of every diner, the dessert menu comprises of Pannacotta, Assorted Pastry and Tarts, Angoori Gulab Jamun, Baked Sweet Boondi, Khajoor Ki Burfi, Strawberry Swiss Roll and Kesari Phirnee, among others. The wide range of Kulfis at the restaurant’s most famous “Kulfi Nation’ counter will allow guests to give their kulfi’s a twist by mixing various flavours into one and create diverse combinations.
