NEW STUDY REVEALS MAJORITY OF INDIANS PRIORITIZE NUTRITION OVER TASTE, SURPASSING GLOBAL AVERAGE   83% of urban consumers read nutrition labels before purchasing food, emphasizing the  behavioural trend of healthier eating in India   Study Highlights: Based on a recent survey of urban Indian consumers: Nine out of 10 consumers are searching for protein-rich food compared to seven out of 10 global shoppers.
