Scouts Guides of Velammal Main
School, Mogappair Campus, participated in ‘JOTA-JOTI’, 2019 workshop held at the Bharat Scouts and Guides, Headquarters at Triplicane on 19th October, 2019. A state level workshop was organized for Scouts and Guides. Scouts and Guides from 1000 schools across the state and 9 schools from Ambattur district were the participants. The students had an opportunity to interact with each other through the widest range of Technology and communication channel. The workshop educated them on cultural awareness, developing tolerance and team work. It kindled in them a sense of belonging to the worldwide Scout movement. ‘Jota-Joti’ in a nutshell was fun and exciting experience for our young Scouts and Guides.
