National Seminar on ‘Export Marketing Innovation: Paradigms in Digital Economy’
Department of Management Studies, SRM Valliammai Engineering College in association with Institution’s Innovation Council organised a one-day National Seminar on ‘Export Marketing Innovation: Paradigms in Digital Economy’ on 2.3.2020. Dr. K Selvakumar, Managing Director – GKR Exports, Coimbatore inaugurated the session and delivered the inaugural address. This seminar is an initiative of the MBA Department under the guidance of Dr. B. Chidambararajan, Principal and Dr. M. Murugan, Vice Principal of the college. In the inaugural address, the chief guest focused on creating awareness about export marketing and entrepreneurial opportunities in international markets. A ‘Wheat Bucket’ collection drive among students and faculty members was organised as a part of Institutional social responsibility activity in association with the MBA department students club ‘MANASSO’. 806 kilograms of wheat was collected and the same was distributed to 7 non-profit organisations as a part of the occasion.
