Congruence Holdings Targets 300 Outlets by 2028 Across South India; Plans 15 GoFix Premium Standalone Service centers before March 2027

Congruence Holdings opened its new corporate office in Chennai today as it embarks on an ambitious expansion across South India.

Operates integrated consumer technology ecosystem through eight brands, including GoGizmo and GoFix, spanning retail, repair, protection, buyback, refurbishment, accessories, distribution, and technology and data services.

Chennai, August 21, 2026: Chennai-based Congruence Holdings, a consumer technology company offering services spanning the retail, repair and upgrading of electronic products, is charting an ambitious expansion plan to grow its network of 30 retail and service formats across Tamil Nadu to 300 outlets by 2028, as it forays into major cities across South India.

The company has built a diversified consumer technology ecosystem through a portfolio of exclusive brands, including GoGizmo, GoFix, GoCare, GoCashin, GoRenew, GoPulse, GoAlliance and GoStack. Together, these brands cater to different stages of the consumer electronics lifecycle, creating an integrated network of retail and technology-led services.

Congruence Holdings’ expansion plans include adding the integrated GoGizmo-GoFix stores and developing a new generation of standalone premium GoFix Service & Experience Centres. The company plans to begin with five such premium centres each in Chennai and Bengaluru. Designed to offer a more organised and professional alternative to conventional neighbourhood repair shops, these service and experience centres will combine advanced repair capabilities with an enhanced customer experience.

To support its expansion plans, Congruence Holdings opened its new corporate office in Chennai today. The facility was inaugurated by Mr. AM Shajahan, Minister for Minorities Welfare (Minorities Welfare and Wakf Board), Government of Tamil Nadu, in the presence of Mr. Sharfudeen, COO, BAZ Group of Companies. The event also brought together government representatives, business leaders, partners, and employees.

The longer-term ambition of the company is to build a consumer technology institution that remains relevant throughout the lifecycle of a customer’s device, from discovering and buying a product to protecting, repairing and caring for it, and eventually selling, renewing or upgrading it.

In his comments, Mr. Mohammed Rafi Sait, Managing Director, Congruence Holdings, said, “Our vision goes beyond building a larger retail or repair network. We are building an integrated consumer technology ecosystem that can remain connected with customers throughout the lifecycle of their devices. From discovery and purchase to protection, repair, resale, refurbishment and upgrade, we want to make every stage simpler, more transparent and more valuable for the customer. The real opportunity for us is not just in the number of devices we sell, but in how meaningfully and responsibly we can serve customers across their entire technology journey.”

He said that a key component of Congruence Holdings’ next phase of growth will be the rollout of premium standalone GoFix multi-brand third-party Service & Experience Centres. The new-format centres will feature dedicated reception and help desks, customer lounges with charging docks, accessories sections and live service desks, alongside technician workstations and backend repair infrastructure. The format is designed to make device servicing a more transparent, convenient and engaging experience for customers.

Mr. Mohammed Rafi Sait added: “Trust is at the heart of the repair experience. Customers hand over devices that often contain some of their most personal information, yet traditionally have very little visibility into what happens after that. Our GoFix Service & Experience Centres are designed to change this by making the service environment more visible and the process more transparent. We want customers to feel confident that their devices are being handled professionally, responsibly and with the highest level of care.”

Since entering consumer-facing retail with GoGizmo in 2017 and launching GoFix in 2022, Congruence Holdings has steadily expanded its portfolio across the consumer electronics lifecycle. Its ecosystem now spans retail, multi-brand repair and diagnostics, device protection, buyback, refurbished technology, accessories, distribution, and technology and data solutions through brands including GoGizmo, GoFix, GoCare, GoCashin, GoRenew, GoPulse, GoAlliance and GoStack.

Together, these businesses enable Congruence Holdings to engage with customers across multiple stages of device ownership – from buying and protecting a device to repairing, selling, renewing and upgrading it. The group’s objective is to move beyond individual transactions and build a longer-term consumer relationship supported by an integrated technology, service and circular-commerce ecosystem.
