Following the blockbuster success of ‘Blast’, ‘AGS 29’ is being produced by Kalpathi S. Agoram, Kalpathi S. Ganesh, Kalpathi S. Suresh and directed by M. S. Anandan and starring Jai, Priyanka Mohan, and Yogi Babu.

‘AGS 29’ to be a thrilling action thriller with comedy and other elements
AGS Entertainment, which has emerged as a major production company in South Indian cinema with a series of successful works, launched its 29th film with a pooja today, following the blockbuster success of ‘Blast’.
The film, which is being produced by Kalpathi S. Agoram, Kalpathi S. Ganesh, and Kalpathi S. Suresh, is being directed by M.S. Anandan. It is noteworthy that he previously directed the film ‘Chakra’ starring Vishal.
The film, titled ‘AGS 29’, stars Jai, Priyanka Mohan and Yogi Babu in the lead roles, while Rajiv Menon, Nasser, G.M. Sundar, Ramesh Thilak and Arul Das play important roles.
Sharing information about the film, director M.S. Anandan said, “It will be a thrilling action film that will keep the audience on the edge of their seats from the beginning to the end. At the same time, other interesting aspects like comedy will also be present in the right amount. It is a great pleasure to direct the film under the production of AGS Entertainment,” he said.
The film will be shot in locations including Ooty and Chennai. Archana Kalpathi is the creative producer, Aishwarya Kalpathi is the associate creative producer, and S.M. Venkat Manickam is the executive producer of the film.
Ravi Basrur, who is famous for his films like ‘KGF’ and the recent ‘Blast’, is composing the music for the film; Balasubramaniam is the cinematographer. Pradeep E. Raghav is the editor, while S. Kannan is the art director. Phoenix Prabhu is the director of the fight sequences, Dinesh Manoharan, Pallavi Singh and Selvi Thangaraj are the costume designers, and Tooni John is the promotional designer.

‘AGS 29’ to take shape as an adrenaline pumping action thriller with comedy and other elements
South India’s leading cinema conglomerate AGS Entertainment, which is back to back rolling out successful films, today announced its 29th production venture following the grand success of its last venture ‘Blast’. The project started with a pooja in Chennai.
Kalpathi S. Aghoram, Kalpathi S. Ganesh and Kalpathi S. Suresh of AGS Entertainment are producing this movie with the working title ‘AGS 29’. It is written and directed by MS Anandan who earlier made Vishal-starrer ‘Chakra’.
Starring Jai, Priyanka Mohan and Yogi Mohan in pivotal roles, the film will feature Rajiv Menon, Nassar, GM Sundar, Ramesh Thilak and Arul Doss in important characters.
According to Director MS Anandan, “This film will be an edge-of-the-seat action thriller that would keep the audience engaged from start to finish. At the same time, there will also be other interesting ingredients like comedy in adequate doses. I am so excited to direct this film for AGS Entertainment.”
Shooting for the movie will take place in Ooty, Chennai and other places. Archana Kalpathi is the Creative Producer, while Aishwarya Kalpathi is the Associate Creative Producer. SM Venkat Manickam is the Executive Producer.
Ravi Basrur of ‘KGF’ and the recent ‘Blast’ fame is scoring the music for the film, while Bala Subramaniam is the Director of Photography. Editing is by Pradeep E. Raghav, art direction is by S. Kannan, stunt choreography by Phoenix Prabu, costume designing by Dinesh Manoharan, Pallavi Singh and Selvi Thangaraj, and publicity designing by Tuney John.
